On 8 January 2018, AEW Long Lease REIT announced that it had entered into a new £30 million loan facility with Canada Life Investments.
The term facility is up to 35% loan to property value, provided on a portfolio basis. The loan is fixed for 8 years at a total rate of 3.05% per annum. On 19 January 2018 the Group drew down on the entire facility. The released funds will be invested in their existing pipeline.
