Nicola Henry

 Nicola leads the team that sources and structures long income real estate investments for Canada Life’s annuity funds. Nicola joined Canada Life in 2005 from the Bank of England and has more than 20 years’ experience in fixed income, spanning both public and private credit markets.

She previously spent four years on Canada Life’s Global Private Debt team and has particular expertise in the social housing sector and in real estate backed transactions across the UK and Europe. Nicola is a CFA Charterholder.
