Luke Kendrick

Luke is an Associate Asset Manager and is responsible for the strategic management of Canada Life Asset Management’s direct property investments. He works across leasing, asset performance, and value‑enhancement initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximise income and long‑term value for the funds.

Prior to joining Canada Life Asset Management, Luke worked at Savills specialising in loan security valuation, providing financial institutions with valuation advice across a range of commercial asset classes. Luke qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2022.  He graduated from the University of Reading in 2020 with a degree in BSc Real Estate.
